Today’s business leaders are well aware that the workplace is populated by multi-generations working side by side. However, many companies have not paid enough attention to the differences of “personality” types. There can be as many as 16 different personality types in play within any given organization at any one time. The wide range of work styles and temperaments adds to a business’s diversity and creative input. But they can also cause misunderstandings and inadvertent tension; including strains that are exasperated when goal setting or recognition attempts are mishandled.
