HR as the White Swan: Season 4, A Podcast Series from Madison

Hosted by Elliot Clark, CEO of HRO Today, and featuring Judd Weisgal, Senior Vice President of Madison, this series provides HR teams with the tools to navigate the current "Black Swan" event and serve as the "White Swan" leaders who turn negative energy to positive.


Each podcast is a quick-listen and only a few minutes long, while focusing on a single question relevant to today's workplace and specifically managing through today's workforce environment. Season 3 will focus on the 'Building a Business Case for an impactful R&R Program'.


Beginning March 18, 2021 and continuing each Thursday after, both HRO Today and Madison will publish a new installment of the fourth season of White Swan until the letters W-H-I-T-E S-W-A-N are spelled by the nine podcasts.
